What is OLI CAFÉ? +
OLI CAFÉ is a Latino-owned cold brew company on Long Island. We make horchata cold brew lattes in small batches at our kitchen in Farmingdale, NY, ship them cold across the Northeast, and pour them live at events.
What is horchata cold brew? +
Our staple: slow-steeped cold brew with oat milk and our house-made horchata syrup of toasted rice, cinnamon, vanilla and a pinch of salt. The horchata you grew up with, meeting your morning coffee.
What flavors do you have? +
Horchata (our staple), Vanilla, and Chai Pumpkin, which is only around in the fall.
What milk do you use? +
Our lattes are made with oat milk. The full ingredient list is on every pouch label.
How do I store it? +
Keep it in the fridge and enjoy by the date on the pouch. Shake, sip, or pour over ice.
Do you sell cold brew concentrate? +
Yes. A 750 mL bottle is $15. Mix 1 part concentrate with 1 part water for cold brew, or 1 part milk for an iced latte. Get the concentrate.
Who makes OLI? +
OLI was started by Daniel Herrera and is named after his dad, Oli. Every batch is made by hand in Farmingdale. Read our story.
Is OLI licensed? +
Yes. OLI is made in a licensed commercial kitchen in Farmingdale, NY, under a New York State food processing license (Article 20-C).
GETTING OLI
Where can I buy OLI on Long Island? +
Order online and we ship it cold, or grab one from the fridge at Danny's Deli and New York Ave Pizza in Huntington Station, or Hilda's Deli in St. James. See every spot on the map.
How much does it cost? +
Pouches are $5 each, $27 for a 6-pack, or $50 for a 12-pack. Mix and match flavors. Order pouches.
Is there a minimum order? +
Shipped orders start at 6 pouches, so every box travels cold and full.
Where do you ship? +
New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Delaware, Maryland and Washington, DC. Shipping is a flat $12 a box.
When will my order arrive? +
Boxes ship Monday and Tuesday by USPS Priority Mail and arrive in 1–3 days, packed in an insulated bag with ice packs. Order Wednesday through Sunday and it ships the next Monday. Shipping details.
Can I return it? +
Because it's a fresh drink, all sales are final. If something arrives wrong or warm, email a photo to hello@theolicafe.com within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
EVENTS + WHOLESALE
Do you cater events? +
Yes. OLI does coffee cart and drink service for weddings, corporate events, private parties, brand activations, pop-ups and campus events across Nassau County, Suffolk County and New York City. Founder Daniel pours every event himself.
What do you serve at events? +
Horchata cold brew, classic cold brew, matcha lattes, and syrups and cold foams we make ourselves.
How do I book OLI for an event? +

Can my deli, café or gym carry OLI? +
Yes. OLI is in fridges at delis and pizzerias on Long Island, and we work with cafés, markets, gyms, salons, offices and campuses. We bring samples, and wholesale pricing is shared directly with business owners. Start here.
Do you work with student organizations? +
